By accessing DomainSaving.com ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Website is operated by Nozaro Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Description of Service
DomainSaving.com is a domain marketplace connecting buyers with premium .com domains at discounted prices. We facilitate introductions between buyers and domain vendors.
72-Hour Limited Drops
Domains are available for limited periods, typically 72 hours ("Drop Window"):
- Prices guaranteed during active Drop Window
- Domains may be pulled if sold elsewhere
- After expiry, domains are removed from marketplace
- Domains may not return at same price
- First come, first served — no holds
Domain Purchases
Purchases processed through secure third-party platforms (Atom, Afternic, Escrow.com, or direct transfer). By purchasing:
- You agree to third-party processor terms
- Transfer times vary (typically 1-7 days)
- You must provide accurate contact information
- Initiated transfers cannot be reversed
Price Guarantee
Displayed prices are guaranteed during active Drop Window, regardless of other marketplace listings. Guarantee applies only while Drop Window is active and domain is not sold.
Checkout Availability
Inactive checkout links typically mean another buyer completed purchase. We update listings quickly but gaps occur on fast-moving names. We are not liable for domains sold to others.
No Negotiations
All prices are fixed. No negotiations, below-listed offers, or payment plans.
Domain Quality
We hand-pick domains but do not guarantee: SEO rankings, trademark clearance, revenue potential, or suitability for any purpose. Buyers must conduct due diligence. All domains sold "as-is" without warranties.
User Conduct
You agree not to: use automated systems without permission, circumvent security, provide false information, or use the Website for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
Website content, design, and branding are owned by Nozaro Inc. Domain names listed are owned by their respective vendors until transfer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nozaro Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed CAD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Nozaro Inc. against claims arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
